Who's responsible for the Conclusion stage

The Incident Controller is responsible for the Conclusion stage. The Incident Management Team and other SAR resources also contribute to this stage.
The Incident Controller has overall responsibility for the Conclusion stage
If you're the Incident Controller, you need to:
- complete specific actions to formally conclude or suspend the SAR operation
- make sure debriefs are complete
- consider the health and safety of SAR resources.
