Creating a demobilisation plan

A demobilisation plan describes how to return SAR resources to a state of readiness.
The demobilisation plan should include specific information
It should include information on:
- which SAR resources should leave the area first
- how to get SAR resources safely out of the area
- documentation needed from SAR resources
- procedures for returning SAR equipment
- sign-out procedures to ensure all SAR resources are accounted for
- recording what SAR resources have done during the operation so the SAR organisations that own those resources can apply to have their costs covered.
